Bats are protected under California Department of Fish & Wildlife rules. You can't trap them. You can't poison them. The process.

• Full inspection. Every primary entry. Every secondary gap. Species ID so we time the work to the law.
• One-way devices. Bats fly out at night to feed. They can't fly back in.
• Permanent sealing. Stainless steel mesh. Polyurethane sealant. Custom-fabricated metal flashing. Materials rated to outlast the building.
• Sanitation. Guano cleanup, contaminated insulation removal, odor neutralization on request.
• Warranty. A bat finds its way back through a sealed entry, we come back at no charge.

Signs you have a colony.

• Squeaking, scratching, or rustling in the attic at dusk and dawn.
• Black or dark-brown smudge marks (oil from fur) around vents and gaps.
• Guano accumulation in the attic or on the exterior wall below an entry.
• Strong ammonia odor from upper rooms.
• Bats visible leaving the structure at sunset.
