You can't trap a bat. You can't poison it. And during maternity season — typically late spring through summer — you can't legally do an exclusion at all without leaving the pups stuck inside. Most pest companies pass on the work. We've been doing it for years.

How we do it.

• Inspection. Every primary entry. Every secondary gap. Identify the species so we time the work to the law.
• One-way exits. Bats fly out at night to feed. Our devices let them leave — but they can't get back in.
• Permanent sealing. Heavy-gauge mesh, pro-grade sealant, custom flashing. Materials that hold up to the building.
• Cleanup. Guano removal, contaminated insulation removal, and odor treatment if you want it.
• Guarantee. If a bat gets back in through something we sealed, we come back free.

Signs you have a colony.

• Squeaking, scratching, or rustling in the attic at dusk and dawn
• Dark smudge marks (oil from their fur) around vents and gaps
• Guano piling up in the attic or against the exterior wall
• Strong ammonia smell coming from upstairs
• Bats visibly leaving the building at sunset

The longer you wait, the bigger the colony gets and the more cleanup is involved. Even if work has to wait for the legal window, the timeline starts when you call. Get on the calendar.
